Nadia Musharbash
International Real Estate Advisor
With over 18 years of real estate investing experience and 13 years in personal and commercial banking with Scotiabank, Nadia brings a rare blend of financial insight and property expertise.
She’s a licensed Real Estate Broker with Century 21 in the Greater Toronto Area, a CSI-certified Financial Planner, and currently serves as President of the Winona Townhomes Board of Directors.
Her background also includes hands-on work in land acquisition and development projects across the GTA, Hamilton, and Niagara Region.
Today, she helps Canadians prepare for their move to Costa Rica by guiding the sale of their homes in Canada and supporting a smooth, confident transition abroad.
Known for her professionalism and personalized care, Nadia is a trusted partner for clients beginning their next chapter.
Amer Musharbash
Real Estate Advisor – Costa Rica
Born in Toronto and based in Costa Rica since 2010, Amer combines personal experience with local knowledge to help clients navigate real estate with clarity and care.
His journey started with buying property here, followed by launching a successful restaurant in 2011.
Since 2015, he’s been working in real estate, focusing on helping others settle into a lifestyle he knows firsthand.
Amer understands the questions and challenges that come with a move like this and offers honest guidance rooted in lived experience.
He’s especially passionate about helping newcomers find their footing in Guanacaste, with a focus on Playas del Coco and surrounding areas.
More than just buying or selling, his goal is to help people feel truly at home in this new place.

Natalie supports our clients in the transition to life in Costa Rica, from first questions to finding the right home.
With experience as a property investor and a personal connection to relocating from Canada, she understands the logistics, emotions, and opportunities involved.
Her role focuses on client care, coordination, and helping people feel prepared and supported throughout the process.
She works closely with our licensed brokers to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
